MARTIAL ART CLASSES FOR KIDS FROM 3+

Our fantastic age-based kids programmes start at age 3 up to Primary 7.

We help them to build confidence, and develop strong communication & social skills as well as age-appropriate conflict management and self-defence. Watch as they learn the importance of self-discipline and setting & achieving their personal goals.

TKD KUBZ

AGES 3- PRIMARY 1

Fantastic preparation for school, this programme develops social skills & excellent behaviour.  Kubz learn the foundation skills for martial arts & the habits needed for an active healthy life.

Watch as your child builds their confidence, self-discipline and makes friends.

MOOSAS

PRIMARY 2-3

Supporting children in their early school years, Moosas develops the habits needed to live a healthy active life with a focus on physical and mental wellbeing. 

Training in martial arts builds confidence, social skills and ensures they can stand up for themselves.

CONFIDENCE - EMPOWERMENT

Our Cadets Programme empowers our young adults as the progress through high school, building confidence and helping them stand strong against peer pressure.

The focus on confidence & self defence training will help them guard against the dangers both on the street and online.

KICKFIT

ALL AGES 16+

CARDIO - STRENGTH - COMBAT

Led by the lovely Nicole (Mrs McGowan) this class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are an avid gym goer looking for something different OR brand new/returning to fitness.

A combination of (non-contact) martial arts-based exercises, cardio intervals and strength & toning work will get you results!

SENIORS

ALL AGES 16+

People can start martial arts at any age and begin for a variety of reasons. Our Seniors class is a mix of parents, young professionals, mature students and young adults who started training with us at a young age.

Some start for confidence, fitness, self defence or just to learn something new. Whatever your reason for starting martial arts, we will help you stay on track and achieve your goals. Beginners are always welcome!
