Our Cadets Programme empowers our young adults as they progress through high school, building confidence and helping them stand strong against peer pressure.
The focus on confidence & self-defence training will help them guard against the dangers both on the street and online.
KICKFIT

CARDIO - STRENGTH - COMBAT
Led by the lovely Nicole (Mrs McGowan) this class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are an avid gym goer looking for something different OR brand new/returning to fitness.
A combination of (non-contact) martial arts-based exercises, cardio intervals and strength & toning work will get you results!

People can start martial arts at any age and begin for a variety of reasons. Our Seniors class is a mix of parents, young professionals, mature students and young adults who started training with us at a young age.
Some start for confidence, fitness, self defence or just to learn something new. Whatever your reason for starting martial arts, we will help you stay on track and achieve your goals. Beginners are always welcome!
