TRIBE - HYBRID GROUP TRAINING 

Led by Nicole, TRIBE is dynamic and fun, designed to give you a great full-body workout no matter your fitness level, empowering you to challenge and push yourself by incorporating:

  • Cardio: a range of exercises and CV work to get your heart pumping and boost your endurance.
  • Strength and Conditioning: A combination of bodyweight, core and weighted exercises in our strength zone to improve all aspects of fitness and muscle development.
  • Martial Arts Techniques: Don't worry it's non-contact based martial arts moves like kicks and strikes to the punch bags. Think "get fit, without getting hit!"
  • Friendly & Welcoming Atmosphere: We really mean it when we say it, the members are fantastic. They are so welcoming and encouraging, you'll be part of the team in no time. Everyone is so supportive towards one another.

What is hybrid training?

Hybrid training combines different workout methods, such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, to improve overall fitness by targeting various aspects like strength, endurance, and mobility.

In addition we include martial arts bag work. 

Who can take part in classes? Do I have to have a certain level of fitness?

Training is open to and suitable for everyone aged 16 and over, regardless of their fitness level and no previous experience is required.

Is TRIBE suitable for beginners?

Yes! It is perfect for beginners looking to get into or increase their fitness levels.  Our coaches will guide you through each workout and provide modifications based on your skill level and physical fitness where required.

Is there any contact involved in the class?

No, the class is non-contact. Think “get fit! Without getting hit!”

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable gym wear is ideal for class such as a t-shirt, shorts or leggings. All we ask is you bring a clean pair of trainers to change into for training.

As with any fitness class we advise against wearing any jewellery or watches (except fitness watches) that may cause injury during class.

How long is a TRIBE class?

Sessions are 45 minutes long and structured to give you a great workout!

Do I need any equipment?

No, we provide all the necessary equipment! We have spare punch bag gloves for new beginners!
