Training is open to and suitable for everyone aged 16 and over, regardless of their fitness level and no previous experience is required.
Yes! It is perfect for beginners looking to get into or increase their fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you through each workout and provide modifications based on your skill level and physical fitness where required.
No, the class is non-contact. Think “get fit! Without getting hit!”
Comfortable gym wear is ideal for class such as a t-shirt, shorts or leggings. All we ask is you bring a clean pair of trainers to change into for training.
As with any fitness class we advise against wearing any jewellery or watches (except fitness watches) that may cause injury during class.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and structured to give you a great workout!
No, we provide all the necessary equipment! We have spare punch bag gloves for new beginners!
