What to expect at our kickfit classes

Led by the lovely Nicole, Kick-Fit classes are dynamic and fun, designed to give you a great full-body workout no matter your fitness level.  The class set-up allows you to challenge and push yourself by incorporating:

  • Cardio: Kick-Fit involves a range of cardio exercises that get your heart pumping and boost your endurance.
  • Martial Arts Techniques: Don't worry it;s non-contact based martial arts moves like kicks and strikes to the punch bags. Think "get fit, without getting hit!"
  • Strength and Conditioning: The class includes body weight workouts, resistance training, and core strengthening exercises, prioritising overall physical fitness and muscle development.
  • Friendly & Welcoming Atmosphere: We really mean it when we say it, the members are fantastic. They are so welcoming and encouraging, you'll be part of the team in no time. Everyone is so supportive towards one another.
